NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 16, 2013, entered in Case No. 13-CA-050117 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Chester J. Zalinsky; Unknown Spouse of Chester J. Zalinsky; Argent Mortgage Company, LLC; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 16th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND IN THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 29, RUN SOUTH 01 DEGREES 21 MINUTES 50 SECONDS WEST FOR 397.40 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 23 SECONDS EAST FOR 199.08 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 05 MINUTES 38 SECONDS EAST FOR 227.38 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 23 SECONDS WEST FOR 204.87 FEET; THENCE NORTH 1 DEGREES 21 MINUTES 50 SECONDS EAST FOR 227.46 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO A ROADWAY EASEMENT OVER THE EASTERLY 30 FEET. ALSO AN ADDITIONAL 20 FOOT ROADWAY EASEMENT OVER THE NORTHERLY 50 FEET OF THE EASTERLY 50 FEET.
