NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-009336-CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CUMBERLAND TRACE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and LAN BA TRAN and KIM-QUYEN THI NGUYEN are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 20, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 10 of CUMBERLAND TRACE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 127, Page(s) 49, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
