NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Ex-Parte Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated August 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-008349-CI-021 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Marian Garlets is Plaintiff, and Charles J. Kohler is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the public auction internet site at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 30th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 9 RIVO ALTO, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 2 and 3, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
