NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-010119 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Ann C. Van De Steeg, Bank of America, N.A., Russell Sirmons, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
