NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-002984 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION F/K/A EASTERN FINANCIAL FLORIDA CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff and , UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL E. EVANS; and UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MARILYN REGAN; and NATHAN CRAIG PEMBERTON; and STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; and DISCOVER BANK are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 10th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, LESS THE WEST 1 FOOT AND WEST 2 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 2 OF BROADMOOR SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
