NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-014230 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein REPUBLIC BANK &TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and , JOAN M. HARRINGTON; and THE TRUSTEE COMPANY, TRUSTEE OF THE 2111 13TH STREET SOUTH LAND TRUST, UNDER TRUST DATED OCTOBER 22, 2008; and THE UNKNOWN SETTLERS/BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUSTEE COMPANY, TRUSTEE OF THE 2111 13TH STREET SOUTH LAND TRUST, UNDER TRUST DATED; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TERESA KOLASA; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JERRY LEE are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, C.E. SPEAR'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
