NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006987 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Pierre N. Hery, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, Pinellas County Sheriffs Office, Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners, State of Florida Department of Revenue, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 27th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4 AND THE WEST 11 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK D, ARDMORE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
