NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22nd, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10001152CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1, is Plaintiff and Laura M. Reid, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. CT Corporation System, Registered Agent and Cory Wissler, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, LESS THE WEST 5 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK “I”, PLEASANT GROVE PARK FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAPOR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 2 AND 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
