NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-010997 in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein RESIDENTIAL FUNDING COMPANY, LLC F/K/A RESIDENTIAL FUNDING CORPORATION was the Plaintiff and LEO MCGINNIS, ET AL the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 26th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
