NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 06, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-000337 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIESFH06-FA6, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is the Plaintiff and , HENRY J. BELL; and SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 8, INC; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1; are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 308 OF SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 8, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN BOOK 3582 AT PAGES 45-143, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8 AT PAGES 33-37, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE GRANTOR'S FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN AND TO THE UNDIVIDED 2.238% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND THE CARPORT SPACE PREVIOUSLY ASSIGNED TO GRANTEE, AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT HEREIN DESCRIBED, TOGETHER WITH ALL EASEMENTS RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
