LOT 41, WILSHIRE ESTATES II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2389 REPUBLIC DR, DUNEDIN, FL 34698; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 16, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
