NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-006085-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which PHH Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Jacqueline Hartley, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Jacqueline Hartley, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 43, SNELL AND HAMLETT'S COFFE POT BAYOU ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
