NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-014290-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R8, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER A. RODGERS; REBEKAH RODGERS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 2 AND 3, LESS 10 FEET OFF EAST SIDE OF LOT 2, BLOCK 71A, PALM HARBOR HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
