NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 7, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-002454 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and RICHARD L. REVIS A/K/A RICHARD REVIS, AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD L. REVIS A/K/A RICHARD REVIS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of September, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 76, COUNTRYSIDE - TRACT 56 - UNIT 2, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 80, Pages 36 and 37, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
