Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated July 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-006266, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and MARIA PERDOMO, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 80, UNIT 2 VALENCIA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
