UNIT 3C, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF COVE CAY VILLAGE III, PHASE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 44 THROUGH 52, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 106, PAGES 85 THROUGH 92, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 108, PAGES 76 THROUGH 83, ALL IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 21, 1989, IN O.R. BOOK 7091, PAGE 2032, AS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILES SEPTEMBER 27, 1990, IN O.R. BOOK 7388, PAGE 716, AND BY SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED APRIL 24, 1991, IN O.R. BOOK 7551, PAGE 254, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
commonly known as 1000 COVE CAY DR, CLEARWATER, FL 33760 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Alexander J. Marqua of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 9/30/13, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
