NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522012CA006579XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and DONNA M. BIALASZEWSKI A/K/A DONNA BIALASZEWSK; FRANK V. BIALASZEWSKI A/K/A FRANK BIALASZEWSKI; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK C, CARY SUBDIVISION NO. 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT 52, PAGE 10 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
