Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 4-B from the Condominium Plat of HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE XIV, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 73 through 75, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and being further described in the Declaration of Condominium recorded on the 28th day of September, 1978 in O.R. Book 4755, Page 480, as amended to add PHASE XIV, in O.R. Book 4933, Page 1, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on October 14, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
