NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-008627-XX-CICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-1, is the Plaintiff and Clarissa McGarvey, Michael McGarvey, , are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 9th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
