NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12007431CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JUDITH R. DVOJACK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDITH R. DVOJACK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; WILLOW POND VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF SAFETY HARBOR; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 17 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
