NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 23rd day of September 2013, at 10am at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 103A, as shown on Condominium plat of SEMINOLE COUNTRY GREEN CONDOMINIUM PHASE I, a condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 13 through 18, amended in Condominium Plat Book 46, Pages 14 through 17, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed March 2, 1979 in Official Records Book 4848, Pages 1456 through 1532, together with such additions amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and make a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
