BUILDING NO. 311, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUMS OF PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE III, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 6131, PAGE 2099, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 92 AND 93, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
