YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 271, SPRINGWOOD VILLAS INC. NO. 7, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 3362 Pages 5 through 49, as amended from time to time, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, Page 95, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Carolyn C. Meadows, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 146 2nd St. N., Suite 100, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 on or before 9/30, 2013 (no later than 30 days from the date of first publication of this notice of action), and to file the original of the written defenses with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately thereafter. Failure to serve and file written defenses as required may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded, without further notice. Publishing is to take place in the Business Observer for two (2) consecutive weeks.
