NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010804CICI-11, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and J. SCOTT CASSIDY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; KAPOK GRAND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A KAPOK GRANDE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 902, OF KAPOK GRAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 121, AT PAGES 5 AND 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
