NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-1981-CO-41 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WOODSIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DAVID C. KLOPFENSTEIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID C. KLOPFENSTEIN; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of October, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 1505A of Woodside Village, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Page 78 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4861, Page 1517 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as From time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
