NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 20, 2013 and entered in Case No. 13-1380-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and KIMBERLY Y. SANTINI and TERRY A. YOUNG, are Defendant(s), The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 20, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 45-A, WINDING WOOD CONDOMINIUM III, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, Page(s) 80 through 82, as thereafter amended, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4392, Page(s) 443, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida, together with an undivided in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
