NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 512013CA02474ES/J1 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and SARA FONSECA, SEVEN OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A BERTA RIQUELME, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 14th day of January, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 4 OF SEVEN OAKS PARCEL S-17D, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE(S) 79-82 INDUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
