LEATHEM; SUSAN E. LEATHEM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN R. LEATHEM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN E. LEATHEM; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on December 19, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
