NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 14, 2013, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002366-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I, Inc. Trust 2006-HE7, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-HE7 is the Plaintiff and Pierre M. Francois; Silia Lony; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 19th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, FORREST PARK UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “Z”, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
