NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-030574 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein AMTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff and LINDA J. MACAW A/K/A LINDA J. BISHOP; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 20th day of December, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 30 FEET NORTH AND 135 FEET WEST OF THE SE CORNER OF LOT 11, BLOCK 13, OF DAVIS ADDITION TO ORLANDO AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK B, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN WEST 125.5 FEET, THENCE NORTH 87.25 FEET ALONG LAKE DAVIS DRIVE, THENCE EAST 124.25 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 3.0 FEET, THENCE SOUTHERLY 84.2 FEET TO THE BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
