NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-014503-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein CENTRAL MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and FRANCISCO EDUARDO CAMPOS ALVAREZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE PROMENADES PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONEBRIDGE RESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A LARISSA MELITO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A FABIO MELITO are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/19/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 40704, PHASE 4, STONEBRIDGE RESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8928, PAGE 1428, AS AMENDED BY FIFTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9708, PAGE 5080, AS RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9714, PAGE 4367, AS AMENDED BY EIGHTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9875, PAGE 3082, RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
