NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 26, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 08-2009-CA-004702 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-28CB, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and WARREN A. TIBBETTS A/K/A WARREN A. TIBBETTS JR.; ANNE L TIBBETTS; OYSTER CREEK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 27 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
