Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2012 CA 005855 , in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R9 is the Plaintiff, and BRENT L BLOSSER, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 38, BRADEN CROSSING, PHASE I-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 151 THROUGH 155, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 19th day of March, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
