Notice is given that pursuant to the Second Amended Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs entered in Case No. 2013-CC-1524, on November 25, 2013, in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are JASON M. SMITH and NARISSA L. SMITH, Husband and wife; SUNTRUST BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA; and any and all UNKNOWN TENANT(S), in possession of the subject property. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on December 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Second Amended Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs:
Lot 27, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 6A & 6B, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 7 - 14, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
