NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described in Exhibit A at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, on January 10, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.

The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
