NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-02543, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and MARCIN ZWARDON; ANNA P. ZWARDON A/K/A ANNA PATRYCUA ZWARDON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCIN ZWARDON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNA P. ZWARDON A/K/A ANNA PATRYCUA ZWARDON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 2 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 24, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT 64, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
