NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Summary Final Judgment dated November 26, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CC-924 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit In and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Third (3rd) Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Annex Building in Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 30 day of December, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Building No. 5, Unit No. 205, of the EAGLE CAY CONDOMINIUM, A Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1331, Page 1970 through 2115, inclusive, and any subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
