NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 21, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 11-2010-CA-005421 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH M. MULDOWNEY JR.; BRISTOL PINES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 30 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 79, BRISTOL PINES PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
