NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009116 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and Unknown Successor Trustees Of Robert J Daus Trust Agreement Dat, Unknown Beneficiaries Of Robert J Daus Agreement Dated September, All Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Beneficiaries, Grantees,, Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A DENNIS NELSON, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 09:00 a.m. on December 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 26, Block 7, South Gate, Unit 2, According To The Plat Thereof Recorded In Plat Book 7, Page 93, Of The Public Records Of Sarasota County, Florida.
