NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007060 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and The Estate Of Rene H. Rochon, Deceased, Unknown Spouse Of Rene H. Rochon, If Married, South Gate Village Green Condominium Section Six, Inc., the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 09:00 a.m. on December 23, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 601, Section 6, South Gate Village Green, A Condominium Accoding To The Declaration Of Condominium Recorded In Official Records Book 755, Pages 95 Through 118, Inclusive, And Amendments Thereto, And As Per Plat Thereof Recorded In Condominium Book 2, Page 48, Of The Public Records Of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
