NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 13, 2013, and entered in Case No.: 2013 CA 000932 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 7-B, DOLPHIN TOWER, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1055, Page 269, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 13rd day of January, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
