NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25TH day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 020916 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Sarasota's County Public Auction website, www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 27TH day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 112, SAN LINO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT # 2006202203, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 8, AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AKA 100 SAN LINO CIRCLE UNIT 112, VENICE, FL 34292
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
