NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009886 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for Washington Mutual Asset-Backed Certificates WMABS Series 2006-HE4 Trust is the Plaintiff and Larry L. Jett; Bonnie C. Jett; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 26th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30 & 31, BLOCK 256, 7th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
