Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 18, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 13, BLOCK 66 VENICE BY-WAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 1103 LUCILLE AVENUE, NOKOMIS, FL 34275
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on December 23, 2013 beginning at 09:00 AM.
