Garrett; Robin Garrett a/k/a Robin L. Garrett; Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 22 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12 AND 13, BLOCK 222, SAN CARLOS PARK, UNIT 15, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 50, PAGE 511, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY.
