LOTS 27 AND 28, BLOCK 2844, CAPE CORAL UNIT 41, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 2 THROUGH 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
