NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed November 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054919 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and LARRY R. HACKBARTH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Unit 46, Building Number 4, Phase III of WELLINGTON AT BRECKENRIDGE, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1972, Page 858 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
