Frieler and JoAnn C. McGuire, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on December 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK E, THE ANCHORAGE PART 1-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 18 AND 19, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
