Trust 2006-HE6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE6, is the Plaintiff and Nigel Diaz, Yudima Fernandez, New Century Mortgage Corporation, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
