Chowning, Michael S. Chowning, American Express Centurion Bank, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Kristina L. Chowning, The Unknown Spouse of Michael S. Chowning, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
